admin edit: edited your syntax for you, do read the following If you ask for help about code

You have to define launch images for ALL the devices you plan to supports on iOS

  • Providing launch images for AIR applications on iOS

According to the Apple iOS human interface guidelines, developers must provide at least one launch image for an iOS app. For an enhanced user experience, however, Apple expects apps to have launch images for all supported devices and resolutions.

  • Icons and the file

From iOS 11 Apple now requires a new process of adding icons to your application, you can no longer simply package them as you have done with previous versions of iOS and AIR. Instead you need to create an “” file and package in the root directory of your application.

also see ARCHIVES

see documentation
Building Adobe AIR Applications / Developing AIR applications for mobile devices / Packaging a mobile AIR application / Packaging with ADT

if you use AIR SDK 32.0 you will need to use -platformsdk

general usage is
-platformsdk /Applications/

depending on your setup, which Xcode is installed, and which versions of the iPhoneOS.sdk are installed, you can install them in parallels

to compile against iOS 13 you would do that
-platformsdk /Applications/

If you use the lasted AIR SDK / from Harman
this one should already compile against iOS 13
