There is an email problem but that odes not mean the emails do not work at all, let’s say it works with possible temporary failures.
But if you are a new user signing up for an account, you may find yourself in the situation where you don’t receive an email confirmation for your newly created account.
Please, do the basic checks
- did you provided a valid email?
- did you check your spam folder?
- did you wait at least 10 minute?
If after all that you still not receiving this email confirmation,

as quick fix I will manually send you again an email confirmation
and if still does not work we will try other things
